1. Service Agreement

By engaging Artisan Travel Designs ("Company"), you agree to these terms and conditions. Our travel planning services are provided subject to availability and confirmation.

All bookings require a deposit as specified in your quote. Final payment is due 30 days before travel. Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be clearly communicated.

3. Service Scope

We provide travel planning, booking services, and support. We act as intermediaries between clients and travel suppliers. Final contracts are between clients and individual service providers.

4. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. We are not responsible for supplier failures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom itineraries and travel plans remain our intellectual property. Clients may not redistribute or commercialize our travel plans without written permission.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New York, NY under American Arbitration Association rules.
